Sweet cottage cheese twist

I tried something new.
I had the basic dough for this recipe just changed the filling. I had cottage cheese and mix them together with 1 egg, 2 tablespoon of sugar and a hand full of raisins.

And the most important thing, the dough.

150 ml whole milk
1 tea spoon salt
1.5 tea spoon sugar
300 g plain flour
1 table spoon of potato flakes (if you don't have use a small cooked potato)
15 gram fresh yeast

I put everything in to the bread making machine and choose the dough program, which about one and half hour.


When is done, roll out and spread the half of the dough with the cottage cheese mix.


After fold in half, the empty side goes to of the spread and use a sharp knife to cut about 3 cm lines and fold them together.


This was the nicest one, the others are not so.
O, and use a bit of milk or egg to grease the top. 


The oven should be around 200 C and bake them until golden brown.
