I did some home made bread.
For a small bread:
150 ml water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
220 gram bread flour
1.5 g fresh yeast
1 tbsp potato flakes
I put everything into the bread making machine in these order. Use the dough program, which is about one and half hour.
When it is done, I used a floured surface, made it flat and started folding the sides, like I did with the scones. When I want to make a round loaf, I carry on with the four corners until it will be round. Just pushing the corners under each other.
When I want to make a long loaf, just folding the four sides and make like a sausage.
When it is done I put into a silicone tray and bake until is golden brown, approximately for 30-40 minutes on 180 - 200 C.

One of my favourite breakfast, strawberry with bread.
In the Netherlands, where I worked, we use to have this on summer times. Fresh or toasted bread, a bit of butter, or not, fresh sliced strawberries and a hint of sugar if it is not sweet enough.
These two made of white bread flour.
