I'm not a fish person, I don't really like fish, because of the smell. Lots of people say fish does not smell. Not for them, but for me, yes.
I know fish is healthy, so I decided to try some fish. I started with white one.
I tried lots of seasoning and I think I find the best for me.
Now I would like to share with you guys.
Ingredients:
(1 person)
boneless cod fillets
garlic
dried or fresh green parsley
sea salt
bread crumb
butter
Side dish:
bulgur
chilli flakes
garden peas
water
I used a glass dish for the fish. Put some melted butter in the glass dish and cover the fish also with the butter. I love garlic so I used two cloves of garlic, sliced them and layered top of the fish. Sprinkled with parsley and sea salt. Hint the top with one or two table spoon of bread crumb, depending on the size of the fish. Add some melted butter on the top and you can bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 200 C.
When is golden brown you can serve.
In the mean time, you can cook the bulgur. Two table spoon of bulgur and garden peas, add some chilli flakes and water enough to cover the ingredients.
Cook approximately 10-15 minutes until the water disappears.
You can add some seasoning, like all-season.
The bulgur and the garden peas should be cooked properly, but not overcooked.
