Since it is winter, I made lots of different soups in the last couple of months.
One of them is this.
When I went shopping, I find green beans on a sale and carrots.
So why not make a soup?
Most of the time back at home we had this soup at summer time, because you can eat this cold, not just warm.
It is really refreshing at summer, and warming at winter.
I hope you guys will like it ant try.
Ingredients:
1 pack of green beans (150-200g)
1 carrot
1 potato
1/2 teaspoon of all seasoning
700 ml water
2 tablespoon sour cream
salt
First of all peel the carrot and the potato, wash them and the beans also. If the beans are not prepared, cut both ends.
Cut the vegetables in small pieces.
Put all of them in a pan, add the water and the seasoning.
Cook the until not too soft but not hard any more.
You can add a bit of salt if you want, or just add less seasoning. Depend from your taste.
When is cooked properly, add the sour cream to the soup, stir and ready to eat.
