Spring is here, with nice fresh vegetables, so I made a healthier sandwich for dinner.
Ingredients:
2 slice of white bloomer, toasted
butter
radishes
salad leaves
4 slice of smoked ham
grated mild cheddar cheese
baby plum tomatoes
I toasted the bread and when cooled a bit I spread some butter on it. First come the smoked ham, after the salad leaves, on top of that I put sliced radish and finally the grated cheese.
Add some baby plum tomatoes on the side.
You can use any other bread, which makes it even healthier, I had only this at home.
Great with warm milk or a hot chocolate!
